•The Pearl Perfumery website is owned and operated by Candace Gabelish. The goal of the website is to provide access to a range of perfume and room sprays for sale and delivery to anywhere in Australia.
•To ensure a safe environment for all users, we have established these Terms and Conditions. In this way, you will know what you can expect from us, and what we can expect from you. By accessing any areas of this site, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by the terms set forth below.
•This web site may from time to time contain links to other web sites on the Internet. We are not responsible for the availability or content of those web-sites.
•These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the parties and supersedes any previous agreement between the parties. They shall be governed by Australian law and the parties hereby agree to submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.

Shipping Information

•Pearl Perfumery ensures that your products are delivered promptly. The standard period of delivery is up to 5 working days for ready-to-wear fragrances and in-house room sprays, but you have the option to arrange for express service at an additional cost.
•Delivery times on bespoke perfumes/room sprays are dependent on the period of consultation. Please contact customer service for an estimated delivery time.
•You are advised to provide a precise location for your address, and see to it that someone is available to receive the package once delivered.
•If you have any issues with shipping feel free to contact our customer service line.

Return / Exchange Policy

We understand that certain circumstances can lead you to re-evaluate your purchase decision. If you wish to return or exchange a product for any acceptable reason, Pearl Perfumery has the following conditions:
•Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on bespoke fragrances/room sprays unless goods are damaged in transit or not fit for purpose. Through our consultation process we create your unique fragrance to your specifications. This includes trials where you can try out your fragrance and request adjustments. Once you are happy with your fragrance refunds or exchanges are not offered.
•Item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of receipt
•Please notify us in the first instance. We do not accept returns without prior notification.
•The product should be unopened, unused and still in resalable condition.
•To simplify the process, all Return/Exchange requests will be treated as a refund. Once you return the item, we will process it for refund, and you can place another order for the intended product.

Ordering and Pricing

•The products offered by Pearl Perfumery are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part.
•We will process your order once you have completed an order form and we have received your payment details. An e-mail confirmation of the order will be forwarded to you.
•The prices quoted on pearlperfumery.com.au are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are fully inclusive of government taxes (GST).
Payments
•Pearl Perfumery accepts most major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard, via our secure online ordering system. This is the quickest and most reliable way to pay for your order. It is 100% SAFE and SECURE. Credit cards are charged when the order is placed and sent out within 1 to 2 business days unless the item is out of stock, in which case you will be notified. Note we do NOT charge your credit card if the stock is unavailable.
•You may also pay via telephone, quoting your credit card number, or by Money Order and PayPal.

Cancellation of Orders - Back-orders

•You are responsible for any damage during transport caused by the use of unsuitable packaging.
•Please note that we cannot accept returns that are sent back to us without prior approval.
•Always use a traceable method of delivery when returning an item. This is to avoid disputes and minimise chances of a lost return parcel.
•To cancel an order placed, we require at least two working days (Monday to Friday) notice of cancellation prior to the delivery of your goods. This can be done via phone or in an email provided we receive it and acknowledge receipt thereof.
•Back-orders are accepted but we reserve the right to pass on price increases if applicable. You will be notified in such cases and have the right to cancel your order.
